Surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Niigata Prefecture, Echigo Yuzawa is just 90 minutes from Tokyo by Shinkansen.
Shirataki Sake Brewery is located in a gorgeous area about 5-minute walk from the east exit of JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station.

Brewery Tours

We offer Sake brewery tours limited to 6 people once a day on weekdays.
Online reservations are required.

Our Sake brewer (KURABITO in Japanese) will walk you through the entire brewing process in action.
The tour takes approximately 60 minutes.

Reservations are not required for the showroom store.
However, as space is limited, admission may be restricted if more than 15 people are expected to participate.
